1. Put a sheet of paper against a wall and stand on it, heel to the wall.
2. Mark the tip of your longest toe.
3. Measure from the paper's edge (heel) to your mark, in cm.
4. Pick the size whose foot length matches — or is just above — your measurement.
5. Between two sizes? Choose the larger.
