Returns

We want you to love your Orthoshift sneakers. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition and original packaging, with no signs of wear on the soles.

How to start a return

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Email us at Orthoshiftfootwear@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will send you the return instructions and return address. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping is refunded where required by law.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us at Orthoshiftfootwear@gmail.com within 30 days. We will cover the return cost and send a replacement or a full refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges (e.g. wrong size)

The quickest way to exchange a size is to return the original item for a refund (as above) and place a new order for the size you need.
